Clarity Behind the Care

Dental Technology in Toronto

Digital tools help our team gather useful information, show patients what we see and plan care with greater clarity—without replacing the conversations and clinical judgment that guide every recommendation.

Technology with a Purpose

Better Information. Clearer Conversations.

Belman Dental Centre uses digital X-rays, the iTero Element 3D intraoral scanner and Nobel Biocare implant systems as part of our approach to contemporary dental care in Midtown Toronto.

Each tool has a specific role. Digital images can reveal details that are difficult to see during a visual examination. Three-dimensional scans help document the shape and position of teeth. A recognized implant system supports carefully planned implant care when that treatment is appropriate.

The technology supports the process; your needs, health history and goals still guide the plan.

Our Digital Toolkit

Three Systems. One Thoughtful Approach.

We use technology selectively to support diagnosis, records, treatment planning and communication throughout a patient’s care.

Digital X-Rays

Digital radiographs help our dentists examine areas that are not visible during a routine oral examination, including tooth roots, the spaces between teeth and supporting bone. We take images when clinically indicated and use them to explain relevant findings.

iTero Element 3D Intraoral Scanner

The iTero Element scanner captures a detailed digital model of the teeth and bite without a conventional tray impression in many situations. The scan can support digital records, restorative planning and Invisalign treatment discussions.

Nobel Biocare Implant Systems

Our practice uses Nobel Biocare implant systems for implant treatment planning and care. The appropriate implant approach depends on a clinical assessment, available bone, oral health and the type of final restoration being considered.

See What We See

A Three-Dimensional View of Your Smile

An iTero scan builds a digital model as the scanner moves around the teeth. The model can be viewed on-screen, enlarged and rotated, giving patients a more visual way to understand their bite, tooth positions and proposed care.

  • Detailed digital records of teeth and bite relationships
  • On-screen images that support patient education
  • Digital impressions for selected restorative workflows
  • Planning support for Invisalign clear aligner treatment

Useful Tools. Human Decisions.

Technology Is Part of the Conversation

A scan or X-ray is one part of a complete assessment. Our dentists also consider symptoms, examination findings, health history, long-term goals and personal preferences before recommending care.

When a tool can make the situation easier to understand, we use it to walk through the findings and discuss the available options. When specialist input is appropriate, we explain why and coordinate a referral.
